Sunshine smoothie

Let the sunshine in! If you could drink sunshine, it would look exactly like our colourful sunshine smoothie. Try our hot summer mix: mango, ginger, grapes, carrots and raspberries instantly make us happier; they’re also bursting with vitamins.

Ingredients for 4–6 portions of sunshine smoothie:

  • 500 g mango
  • 15 g ginger
  • 1 lime
  • 150 g green grapes
  • 2–3 tbsp agave syrup
  • 400–500 ml carrot juice
  • 125 g raspberries

Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes

Method:

Peel the mango and chop the flesh into small pieces. Peel the ginger, grate it finely. Squeeze the lime juice. Wash and halve the grapes. Place everything in the blender, add the agave syrup and carrot juice and purée until smooth. To finish, pour your delicious smoothie into glasses and garnish with some raspberries.
