Strawberry and Pineapple Jam

about 6 jars per 200 ml

  • 700 g strawberries (prepared weight)
  • 250 g Dole pineapples (prepared weight)
  • 50 ml lime juice (about 3 limes)
  • 1 pack Dr. Oetker gelling sugar
  • for strawberry jam

How it is done

Wash, clean and finely chop strawberries and weigh out 700 g. Peel pineapple, remove stalk, chop finely and weigh out 250 g.

In a saucepan, mix fruit and juice well with gelling sugar for strawberry jam. Bring to the boil on a high heat while stirring, and keep on a fast boil for at least 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Skim if necessary and immediately fill prepared jars up to the rim. Seal jars with Twist-off® lids, turn upside down andallow tostand on lids for about 5 minutes.
