Spinach and grape smoothie


Like the frog in the fairy tale, green smoothies also contain something truly valuable. And vitamin-packed drinks are still definitely on trend. So this colourful mix of spinach, grapes and chia seeds gets the green light from us! Add apple, avocado and banana and you have a real power drink that will keep you going in between meals.

What you need for your spinach and grape smoothie:

  • Handful of green grapes
  • 1/4 banana
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 25 g fresh leaf spinach
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cashew nuts
  • 150 ml water
  • Optional: Handful of ice cubes

And then it’s simply a case of mix, mix, mix! Your grass-green energy booster is bound to brighten up your day with a wonderfully fresh and pleasantly sweet taste.

No need to kiss any frogs – just go green!
