Himbeer Smoothie Bowl

It’s grey outside – but breakfast is bursting with colour! Our “perfectly pink” raspberry smoothie bowl is guaranteed to please and improve your morning mood. Our bowl is filled with pink love, crammed with delicious raspberries, bananas, strawberries and chia seeds to give you an absolutely “smoothieful” start to the day!

Ingredients for 46 portions of raspberry smoothie bowl:

  • 6 bananas
  • 500 g raspberries
  • 200–300 ml unsweetened almond milk (a little more if needed)
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 2–3 kiwis
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • A few mint leaves to garnish

Freezing time: approx. 4 hours
Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes


Slice 4 of the bananas and freeze, together with approx. 300 g raspberries, for at least 4 hours.

Purée the frozen fruit and almond milk in a blender until smooth (add the milk slowly, you may need more than the amount specified in the recipe). Place in the freezer for another 30 to 60 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash the strawberries and halve them, peel the kiwi and the remaining bananas and slice thinly.

Remove the frozen fruit cream from the freezer, divide among the bowls, top with the prepared fruit, remaining berries and the chia seeds. Garnish with the mint leaves.

Tip: You can vary the topping for this colourful bowl with seasonal fruits.

A day without berries? No way!
