Oven-baked apple and banana crisps

Looking for something healthy to nibble on while you watch TV? Then we have just the right thing for you: a recipe for homemade, oven-baked apple and banana crisps. It’s easy to make crisps from slices of fresh fruit, like apples and bananas. Simply add some honey and cinnamon to make a tasty and healthy snack. We love to nibble on crisps!

To make your oven-baked apple and banana crisps, you will need:

  • 2 apples
  • 1 banana
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Here’s what to do:

  1. Preheat the oven to 110 °C.
  2. Peel the bananas and core the apples. Slice both fruit types very thinly. The thinner the slices, the faster they crispen!
  3. Place the slices of fruit on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with honey.
  4. Bake in the oven at 110 °C for approx. 90 minutes, turning occasionally. Leave to cool and serve in small dishes.
