Warning: Can be addictive! Our oatmeal biscuits with bananas and peanut butter not only taste divine but are also sure to put you in a good mood in no time at all. Our little feel-good cookies can be made in three quick steps and with just four ingredients. A perfect snack for the days when you could use a small portion of “good cheer”.
To make our oatmeal biscuits, you will need:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 160 g finely ground rolled oats
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Here’s what to do:
- Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
- Using a handheld blender, mash together the rolled oats, bananas, peanut butter and cinnamon in a bowl. Shape the mixture into small cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Flatten the cookies slightly using a spoon and bake them at 175 °C for approx. 15 minutes.
Our tip: Any oatmeal biscuits that you don’t devour straight away can be stored in a small box and enjoyed the next day at work as a small feel-good treat!
