Green Smoothie Bowl

Green smoothies have now become a classic – but are you familiar with the kind that comes in a bowl and is just as delicious? Our green smoothie bowl gives the green light to pineapple, baby spinach, blueberries, quinoa pops and more to provide a great taste and full vitamin power in spoonfuls!

Ingredients for 2 portions of green smoothie bowl:

  • approx. 800 g pineapple
  • 100 g baby spinach
  • 80 g pumpkin seeds
  • 100–150 ml apple juice
  • 2–3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 300 g blueberries
  • 10 tbsp quinoa pops
  • 3 tbsp psyllium husks

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Method:

  1. Peel the pineapple and cut it into pieces. Then wash and clean the spinach. Toast the pumpkin seeds without using any oil.
  2. Add 80 g of spinach and 400 g of pineapple to a blender along with the apple juice and blend until smooth. Add maple syrup to taste.
  3. Then pour the green smoothie into 2 bowls and decorate with pineapple, some spinach leaves, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, quinoa pops and psyllium husks before serving.
