Tortilla time! Get carried away to a spring-fresh parade with our grape and avocado wrap made with grapes, avocado, papaya, berries and chilli! Feel like some sunshine and spectacular snacks? Then try our quick recipe.
Ingredients for 4–6 portions of grape and avocado wrap:
- 4–6 whole grain tortillas
- 200 g red grapes
- 1/2 bunch of basil
- 1 papaya
- 2 avocados
- 20 ml soya yoghurt (unsweetened)
- 1–2 tsp chilli flakes
- Salt and pepper
- 200 g blueberries
- Olive oil
Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes
Preheat the oven to 100°C. Heat the tortillas for approx. 5 minutes.
While they are heating, wash and halve the grapes. Pick the basil leaves. Peel and halve the papaya, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into strips. Halve the avocados, remove the stones, loosen the flesh from the peel and cut into slices. Season the soya yoghurt with some chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
Remove the tortillas from the oven, top with the prepared ingredients and blueberries, drizzle with olive oil and season with the remaining chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
Wrap, wrap, hurray!
