Good morning muesli: cinnamon porridge with pineapple

The right breakfast sets you up for the day. During the cold months of the year, it’s even better if it warms you from the inside. Our cinnamon porridge with pineapple pieces hits just the right spot. Eaten freshly cooked and with warming spices, it makes for a cosy feeling in mind and body. Feel-good mode: on!

You will need the following ingredients for our fruity cinnamon porridge:

  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 250 ml almond drink
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 small dish of pineapple (chopped into small pieces)

It’s easy:

  1. Place the almond drink and rolled oats in a pan, heat slowly while stirring.
  2. Add the pineapple and soak for a few minutes.
  3. Add the cinnamon, stir gently and enjoy while still warm.

Tip: The cinnamon porridge can also be enhanced with other fruit, giving you a chance to try something new every morning.
