We love experimenting with fruit – anything goes when you are preparing fruity, fresh and healthy dishes. A great secondary effect is that these dishes are not only healthy and easy to digest but are also super tasty and quick to make.

Today, we want to tell you about our top 3 juicy, sweet, September smoothies.

Creamy banana smoothie

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana
2 teaspoons of orange peel
3/4 cup of low-fat milk or a lactose-free alternative such as almond milk
1 teaspoon of honey or agave syrup
As required: 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Method: Blend all the ingredients until they form a creamy mixture. Then, all you need to do is serve and enjoy!

 

Juicy mango mix

Ingredients:

1 mango
2 oranges
5 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
As required: 1 teaspoon of honey or agave syrup

Method: Cut the mango and oranges into small pieces and place them in the blender. Add the yoghurt and, if needed, the sweetener and blend at the highest speed.

 

Vitamin-rich carrot drink

Ingredients:

2 oranges
3-5 carrots
1 dash of lemon juice

Method: Simply squeeze the oranges, purée the carrots and add both ingredients to the blender to make a nice creamy juice. Add a dash of lemon juice and your vitamin drink is ready.
