Could you do with an energy boost in the mornings? How about some vitality-boosting fruit? Our breakfast supershake with banana, berries, cinnamon, nut milk and honey will give you morning superpowers and a satisfying feeling of well-being. And it also tastes deliciously autumnal!
Ingredients for 1–2 portions of breakfast supershake:
- 1 banana
- 1 handful each of blueberries and raspberries
- 1 tbsp goji berries
- 1–2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 150–200 ml nut milk (unsweetened)
Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes
Now, mix it up:
Peel the bananas and chop them roughly. Add them to your blender with the blueberries, raspberries, goji berries, honey, cinnamon and nut milk and purée until smooth. Store in sealable jars in the fridge. Simply shake gently before eating.
Shake it and wake up!
