Breakfast smoothie bowl: a fruity start to the day

Get your day off to an energetic and vitamin-filled start with our easy-to-make breakfast smoothie bowl. Morning lethargy will be a thing of the past. It takes no time at all to prepare this power breakfast and the fruit will be melting in your mouth soon after you get up.

You will need the following ingredients for our breakfast smoothie bowl:

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • Toppings of your choice, e.g. almonds, nuts, chia seeds, coconut flakes

Here’s what to do:

  1. Purée the blueberries with the yoghurt and maple syrup.
  2. Pour the purée into a breakfast bowl and garnish with your preferred toppings.

Tip: Looking for a real boost of freshness in the morning? Then use fresh berries instead of frozen ones. By the way, our breakfast smoothie bowl also tastes delicious with raspberries and avocado.
