Blueberry and ginger smoothie


Summer is not the only time for fruit fans to enjoy a refreshing smoothie – these tasty vitamin bombs also make the perfect winter drink. If you are looking for something aromatic, why not try our blueberry and ginger smoothie? With its slightly spicy flavour, it will warm you from the inside out and really set you up for the day.

Ingredients for our blueberry and ginger smoothie:

  • 1 banana, peeled and frozen, cut into chunks
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 250 ml apple juice
  • 230 g soya yoghurt
  • 6 ice cubes


Place the banana, blueberries and ginger in a jug blender and blend. Add the apple juice and soya yoghurt and blend again briefly. To finish, add the ice cubes to the mix. These will add an extra dash of ‘winter freshness’ to your blueberry and ginger smoothie.
